Portrait Session Policies

• $50 deposit payment(nonrefundable)required to hold your spot 

• Please be on time.
• Cancelations should be done 48 hours before the scheduled date/time.
• Due to the custom nature of the products and services provided by Mosaab Alsaray Art, all sales are final once received and items cannot be returned.
• Mosaab Alsaray Art reserves the right to use any images or custom created artwork (collages, storyboards, coffee table books, etc.) for display, publication or other promotional purposes. Digital negatives and originals (unedited images) remain the property of Mosaab Alsaray Art and are not available for sale.
• Sessions are subject to rescheduling due to illness or weather complications.
• Session fee covers the time, talent of photographer, and images.
• Any image that does not meet the standards of Mosaab Alsaray Art will not be shown.
• Models should credit the photographer 

Photos delivery and professional retouch 

• Mosaab Alsaray Art retouch his photos with Capture One, Lightroom, and Photoshop software.
• You will have online access to see all photos you took within 4-7 days to pick up your favorite photos for retouch
• If you do not like your photo to retouch, please let us know  
• You will receive a number of retouch photos based on the package you choose 
• Edited downloadable photos delivered within 2-6 weeks if the photos are not for magazine publication intention. 
• For Photos of magazine publication intention, the model has the option to have online access to the final product before submitting the photos to magazines 

• $20 will be the fee for retouch each extra photo

Magazine publication

• If the models are interested in magazine publication, additional placement fee will apply base on magazines.
• The models need to consider that most magazines are looking for exclusive and unpublished photos, the models cannot share them in social media till the magazine release and publish them first. This is the policy of the exclusive magazines. 
• Each magazine has different requirements in terms of look (1-6 looks) and the number of photos.

Prop, headpieces 

• Mosaab Alsaray Art owns a big collection of headpieces design by Katrina Kelly Designs in additional to vintage dresses and props
• Prop, headpieces and vintage dresses available for extra fee.
• We can provide headpieces, props, and vintage outfits

 Print

• There is nothing like the look and feel of your photos in print, the way photographs should be. We work with directly with Queensberry, they provide print albums & photobooks…etc. They are highly regarded as the best available on the market.
• You can order an individual photo or an album. It will start when you have selected your favorite images from an online and private password protected gallery. From here we can chat about all the options that are available for designing your own bespoke album. I am also available to help you with your choice of images for your album. 
• Magazine print style as a photo album will be available soon.

All images provided by Mosaab Alsaray Art, whether digital or print, may not be reproduced in any way. All images created by Mosaab Alsaray Art are protected under copyright law and may not be saved to your computer, printed, scanned, photographed, emailed, posted online or shared digitally without the consent of Mosaab Alsaray Art. Scanning or reproduction of purchased images constitutes copyright infringement and is punishable by law. If you require additional copies of an image, the only person permitted to print and reprint from your image set is your photographer. Any retouching or alteration to the photos is not allowed without permission of the photographer.

Model Release

I hereby consent that the photographs taken by Mosaab Alsaray Art may be used by for display, portfolio, advertising, competitions, or publication to promote the studio. I further agree that the images can be used without additional compensation to the undersigned. I also declare that I have the legal authority to grant these permissions and I accept all responsibilities for such. I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents hereof. I represent that I am the parent/guardian of the minor(s) model(s). For value received, I hereby consent to the foregoing on his/her behalf."
